Iced tiramisu latte
A creamy treat in a cup: espresso meets mascarpone and cocoa for a sweet tiramisu twist.
Ingredients
For the drink:
- Double shot espresso
- 200 ml milk of choice
- Ice cubes
- 1–2 tsp vanilla or simple syrup
- ½ tsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
For the tiramisu cold foam:
- 60 ml heavy cream (or barista cream)
- 1–2 tsp mascarpone
- 1–2 tsp vanilla or simple syrup
- Optional: splash of milk (for a lighter foam)
Instructions
- Make the tiramisu cream
Mix the mascarpone with the whipped cream until smooth and creamy. - Prepare your espresso
Brew a double shot of espresso and let it cool slightly. - Fill your glass
Add ice cubes to a glass and pour in your milk. - Add the espresso
Slowly pour the espresso over the milk for a layered effect. - Top it off
Spoon the mascarpone cream on top. - Finish
Dust with cocoa powder for that classic tiramisu touch.
